Sabotage, my foot!

With the latest revelation of a medical report on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan’s non-sodomized condition, one thing is pretty clear about the partiality and integrity of the Malaysian Police.

Instead of lauding the discovery of a medical report that clearly found no evidence that Saiful Azlan had been sodomized as a key evidence in the sodomy investigation against Anwar Ibrahim, the police chose instead to call the discovery a sabotage which was designed to mislead the public. Worse, they also chose to go after a “news website and blog”.

Just what does the Malaysian police think the public is made up of? Fools that believe everything they say?

From the start the public had been skeptical about the veracity of the sodomy allegations made by Saiful Azlan against Anwar Ibrahim. Only those in UMNO and former PM, Tun Mahathir, were convinced that Anwar Ibrahim had sodomized Saiful Azlan and they had already found Anwar Ibrahim guilty even before the case had gone to trial.

And what has become of the doctor who found that there was no evidence that Saiful Azlan had been sodomized? MISSING! Do you see a pattern here? After several hours of interrogation by the police, as reported in some blogs, the good doctor has gone missing. Remember P. Balasubramaniam, anyone?

And what of the second medical report performed by a government hospital in Kuala Lumpur that supposedly found Saiful Azlan had indeed been sodomized? Of course the Health Ministry will stand by the report performed by their doctors! The question any right and clear thinking Malaysian should be asking is how can the findings of two separate medical examinations be so totally opposite of each other? One can only assume that the findings of one examination has got to be totally fabricated!

No wonder the world is questioning the integrity of the investigations against Anwar Ibrahim. Clearly the police is on the side of the government. If the police is to salvage what is left of their integrity, they would be wise to drop the case against Anwar Ibrahim.
